INDEPENDENT ON-BOARD SENSORS MANAGEMENT

For a safe and proper management of the mission, it is fundamental to pilot the UAV and monitor all on board sensors from two separate platforms. The GCS for equipment management CAPCOM can monitor remotely all sensors, and view the avionics of the UAV on which the used sensor is installed, in real time.
Through CAPCOM it is possible to monitor all sensors remotely, view data that have been acquired and process them in real time, as well as review and act on previous missions.

The RPS AEROSPACE® proprietary software EQUIPMENTsuite
is installed in all the GCS for equipment management.

UNIFIED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Through CAPCOM it is possible to manage and monitor all equipment in its possession. After connecting with the UAV that is executing a mission, it is possible to view all data acquired by an on-board sensor and operate on it remotely in real time.

WORLDWIDE COVERAGE

The proprietary acquired data management system EQUIPMENTsuite returns the values recorded by the equipment and the aircraft data in real time, with no distance limitations between the ground control station and the aircraft.

PHONETIC COMMUNICATION

CAPCOM is able to communicate in real-time with half-length channels widely spread in industrial and airport operations. The encrypted communication is allowed between the pilot and the crew thanks to 16 digital frequencies implemented on systems meeting the US MIL-STD 810G.

HIGH LUMINOSITY MONITOR

CAPCOM is equipped with an high luminosity monitor that guarantees the readability of characters and images even in case of direct sunlight radiation. The automatic brightness settings depending on the levels of ambient lighting reduces the visual fatigue derived from perpetrated use in difficult conditions.
