Security and inspection equipment for Ground Robots.
The SCTsystem is an equipment suitable for CMC-Brave rover series.
The system has an LTE and/or WiFi technology, which allows a reliable and real time communication of acquired data.
A multitude of sensors specifically designed for asset inspection and security applications are installed on the SCT system. The core is represented by the vision system, built with three fixed high definition cameras and a PTZ with super resolution and a 360x zoom. The PTZ is specifically designed to work in dark, foggy or bad back-light conditions. An Artificial Intelligence layer completes the system capabilities, with object auto detection, precision pointing system and tracking of anomalies or environment changes.
Additionally, an audio-video system installed on the SCT enables real time video calls between remote operators and people near robot.
Real-time post-processing is possible through the unified platform for equipment management, able to perform 2D and 3D analysis of the visible and thermographic spectrum, slow motion, synchronic sampling of frames and digital zooming of acquired data. By applying the most advanced algorithms for optical analysis, it is possible to take measurements and carry out dimensional assessments on 3D reconstructed images
